I know I have heard it all: diet pills are dangerous and can hurt you in both long term and short term ways but I didn’t listen. I should have never talked my doctor into Phentermine because it threw me from one end to the other in terms of side effects. I couldn’t sleep, I was moody all the time and honestly, it didn’t help much with energy although it did help me to not feel so hungry but I needed more, a lot more, than just that. I drew the line when I started seeing really high blood pressure readings pretty much every day and I somehow felt restricted with being able to breathe normally most of the time.
These effects really concerned my doctor as well as me so we decided to just quit the use of it. My doctor said that clinically our hands were tied unless I was ready for surgery but I didn’t want that. I finally found Adipex and it has helped me lose the weight I needed. I have been using it off and on for about 2 years now and I meet my goal every time without dangerous effects and plenty of results!
