The harmful effects of Adipex in an individual are known to be fatal to bodily functions and may result in the nausea, vomiting, rapid breathing, tremors, and changes in blood pressures. Within a very short span of time the effectives of Adipex starts to wane and users start to feel that the desired effect is not achieved. The end result is severe fatigue accompanied with a swarm of further side effects.
Adipex is sold as a weight loss medication on prescription and its distribution without prescription is considered as illegal. The effects of Adipex intake over a period may show signs of various types of complex side effects based on an individual’s food habits, dependence on alcoholic beverages, addiction to certain drugs etc. The blend of one or two alternative weight loss therapy has to be avoided at all costs as the Adipex may react with the alternative drug and produce unexpected side effects. One may not be aware that combining any other weight loss medication with Adipex intake can be a dangerous proposition. The blend of Adipex (phentermine) and with fenfluramine (FEN-PHEN) can lead to serious heart problems. Fenfluramine has been since long not manufactured.
Medical emergencies are to be undertaken in case of severe symptoms arising out of Adipex intake. Adipex is a known stimulant the can lead to signs of shakiness, confusion, panic, rapid breathing, violent behavior, irregular heart beats, restlessness, hypertension or hypo tension, seizures, nausea and vomiting and in certain cases coma or death can also occur. After the initial stimulatory reaction, people often develop acute weariness.
The treatment of Adipex overdose is very critical and can vary from person to person. If the overdose has been a recent one the treatment involves insertion of a tube inside the stomach to pump out the stomach of its toxicity. Even medicines can be administered to remove the toxicity of stomach. Adipex overdose is known to cause lot of side effects so the treatment also involves medications for bringing the heart beat to normal by regulating the blood pressure.
The prescription for any person is calculated based on the person’s body mass index, which is a measure of a person’s actual height and weight and is key to their needs and requirements. A doctor may recommend the dose of 30 mg once daily before consumption of breakfast Evening doses are strictly to be avoided as phentermine is known for inducing insomnia.
The administration of Adipex is filled with lot of complexities during pregnancy has not been adequately evaluated. So it is not recommended for expecting mothers. Even nursing mothers those are breast-feeding their infant babies should avoid the medication, as there is chance of phentermine being excreted in breast milk. Adepix is known for its similar behavior to amphetamine and may contribute to some of the exchanges related with amphetamines. Interaction of phentermine with tricyclic antidepressants or monoamine oxidase inhibitors such as tranylcypromine may lead to increase in blood pressure and other severe response due to of elevation in serotonin levels in the blood. It is important to undertake all proper investigation before any diet pill intake to avoid the instances of overdose side effects.
Fully researching all known information about the specific diet pill you are taking is the best possible step any diet pill user could take. While there are many side effects with Adipex and other similar formulas including Phentermine, there are a great amount of mild as well as severe side effects that are all more than possible of occurring.
Increased blood pressure is very common with diet pill use but most physicians will simply monitor it and maybe even add medication to help control it while the patient is using the diet pills. Serious harmful impacts on users’ health are typically associated with the heart more than anything else and these effects also tend to be long lasting, if they ever dissipate at all.
Heart palpitations are often experienced by the majority of Adipex and Phentermine users. This is because the Adipex formula causes the release of Norepinephrine along with serotonin and dopamine, which are all neurotransmitters capable of transferring messages to the brain. This combination will stimulate the body in various ways including increased alertness, fat burning abilities and metabolism but they also cause harmful effects along the way.
While headaches and dizziness may be annoying, insomnia, chest pains, dysphoria, severe stomach pains, increased hostility, hallucinations and seizures are quite intense and can be fatal. Only a doctor should be put in charge of situations involving the use of Adipex and/or Phentermine not only because their prescription of the drug is required but because they need to monitor any effects caused by the use of the drug(s).
However, there is a bright side to things: there are other versions that are just as powerful as the prescription versions of Phentermine. Phenterminn has been widely accepted as a being just as powerful as prescription versions but with far less side effects and it’s available without a prescription, or over the counter.
Either way, whether you choose the OTC or prescription version, you should never take these types of drugs for too long. This is because doing so will increase your chances of experience adverse and dangerous effects from the extended use of the diet pills.

I know I have heard it all: diet pills are dangerous and can hurt you in both long term and short term ways but I didn’t listen. I insisted to my doctor that my weight was out of control and it had started causing a lot of issues especially with circulation because I would constantly wake up in the middle of the night to numb legs and/or arms, which it doesn’t take a genius to know that this isn’t normal. I just kept insisting and telling my doctor that I need something of a clinical power to help me with my weight and she finally prescribed Phentermine for me: boy was that a mistake!
I should have never talked my doctor into Phentermine because it threw me from one end to the other in terms of side effects. I couldn’t sleep, I was moody all the time and honestly, it didn’t help much with energy although it did help me to not feel so hungry but I needed more, a lot more, than just that. I drew the line when I started seeing really high blood pressure readings pretty much every day and I somehow felt restricted with being able to breathe normally most of the time.
These effects really concerned my doctor as well as me so we decided to just quit the use of it. My doctor said that clinically our hands were tied unless I was ready for surgery but I didn’t want that. I finally found Adipex and it has helped me lose the weight I needed. I have been using it off and on for about 2 years now and I meet my goal every time without dangerous effects and plenty of results!
